Job summary

Omega Resource Group in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead aerospace/advanced manufacturing projects on site. You will manage the full project lifecycle, budgets, and stakeholder engagement for complex engineering programmes.

Ideal candidates will have multi-project leadership in manufacturing/engineering, PM qualifications (APM, PMP or PRINCE2), and proficiency with MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to AS9100 and OEM requirements is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects in manufacturing, engineering or technical environments.
• Exposure to aerospace, defence or space preferred.
• Track record of managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Commercial awareness across budgets, cost and planning.
• PM qualifications (APM, PMP or PRINCE2) preferred.
• Experience with AS9100 and OEM customer-specific programme requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Act as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Implement lessons learnt to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Develop standardised project management processes to support growth.
