Job summary

Omega Plc, a global engineering and technology leader, is seeking a Planning Lead for our Stroud manufacturing site. You will own the master production schedule, lead S&OP, and collaborate across Production, Procurement, Engineering and Supply Chain to optimise capacity and inventory.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and production planning methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the master production schedule to meet customer demand while optimising inventory and capacity.
Lead the S&OP process, providing accurate demand and supply forecasts.
Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Engineering and Supply Chain to align plans with objectives.
Monitor material availability, capacity constraints and production performance; implement corrective actions.
Analyse planning data and KPIs to identify risks, improve forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
Support new product introductions and strategic projects with effective planning and resource allocation.
