Job summary
Omega is recruiting a Planning Manager for a leading aerospace manufacturing organisation. You will lead the Planning team, translate customer demand into achievable production plans and balance capacity, demand and materials to meet service targets.
You will work with Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering, drive schedule adherence, support S&OP, identify risks and recovery actions, and lead continuous improvement across planning processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Planning Manager or Master Scheduler.
- Strong manufacturing planning background.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience managing production schedules, capacity and inventory.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Industry experience in aerospace/defence or regulated manufacturing desirable.
