Browne, a leading UK contractor, seeks a skilled 3D CAD/BIM Technician to lead the creation of detailed 3D models and technical drawings for water and wastewater projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet industry standards and support project coordination.

This role emphasizes mentoring junior technicians, driving quality and innovation in digital design, and advancing BIM workflows. Office or on-site work is required at least three days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a CAD/BIM Technician in water or wastewater.
• Proficient in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks) and CAD software (AutoCAD).
• Skilled in clash detection, model coordination, and multidisciplinary BIM integration.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of detailed 3D models and technical drawings for water/wastewater projects.
• Mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and confidence.
• Coordinate models with multidisciplinary teams and maintain BIM workflows.
• Support project coordination, documentation, and quality control.
