Job summary

Browne Construction in the UK is seeking a Senior BIM / 3D CAD Technician to lead the Design Team, driving BIM and CAD processes across water and wastewater projects. You will oversee the development of high-quality 3D models, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, and manage a team of BIM/CAD technicians to ensure outputs meet technical and client expectations.

This role requires you to be in the office or on site at least three times a week, with a 40-hour week, and a focus on improving

Qualifications

• 10+ years' CAD/BIM design experience.
• Experience leading or managing BIM/CAD teams in water or infrastructure.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD; clash detection.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BIM/CAD technicians to deliver integrated models.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and ensure design data integrity.
• Champion BIM standards, support clash detection and design reviews.
• Ensure outputs meet project, technical and client expectations.
