Job summary

Browne Group is seeking a Senior BIM / 3D CAD Technician to lead digital design within our Design Team on major water and wastewater projects. You will drive BIM implementation, coordinate inputs, and mentor BIM/CAD technicians to deliver integrated models.

You’ll champion BIM standards, support clash detection and design reviews, and ensure data integrity across the project lifecycle, with office/site presence required at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CAD/BIM design with leadership roles in water/infrastructure.
• Experience delivering large water/wastewater projects with BIM workflows.
• Expertise in BIM software and CAD tools, including clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital design and BIM/CAD coordination across projects.
• Develop and implement BIM standards and workflows.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and resolve design conflicts.
• Maintain data integrity and support design reviews and approvals.
