Qualifications

• Gas Safe accreditation required.
• 17th Edition accreditation preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills essential.

• Strong command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment as directed by Operations Support.
• Carry out safe repairs to achieve customer and company satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades or additional sales leads.
• Leave site clean and tidy after every visit.
• Prepare and submit work reports and obtain customer signatures as required.
• Promote engineering best practices and use approved procedures and tools.
• Keep up with technical updates and manage van stocks and tooling.
• Support growth by submitting lead opportunities.
