GXO Logistics, Inc. in Burnley is looking for a Team Manager to help launch and scale our Fashion & Apparel operations at the new distribution site. You will lead frontline colleagues, drive KPIs, safety, and engagement while building a high-performing culture from day one.

This full-time role operates on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern with fixed days or nights, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including pension, private medical and dental insurance, 24/7 GP access, life cover and more.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• An understanding of operational KPIs and how to drive team performance against targets.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels.
