GXO Logistics, Inc. in Burnley is looking for a Team Manager to help launch and scale our Fashion & Apparel operations at the new distribution site. You will lead frontline colleagues, drive KPIs, safety, and engagement while building a high-performing culture from day one.

This full-time role operates on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern with fixed days or nights, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including pension, private medical and dental insurance, 24/7 GP access, life cover and more.

• Previous leadership experience within warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.

Exciting things are happening at GXO! We're delighted to announce the expansion of our Fashion & Apparel operations with the launch of our newest distribution site in Burnley (BB10).

Following significant investment, this site is being brought back to life and will become a key part of our growing UK network. We're now looking for ambitious and people-focused Team Managers to join us on this exciting journey.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a site launch, helping to establish new teams, embed best practices and create a positive, high-performing culture from the very beginning. Working closely with the Operations Management team, you'll lead frontline colleagues to deliver outstanding service, safety, quality and productivity standards, while playing a key role in the future success of the operation.

These are full time, permanent positions working on a 4 on and 4 off shift pattern, fixed days or nights

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000.00 per annum plus £5,000.00 night shift premium where applicable and 23.5 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
