Job summary

Vertical Advantage is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for the late shift in the UK, based in Paddock Wood. You will own outbound and warehousing operations, lead a dedicated team, and drive performance and safety while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

You will implement efficient processes, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, timely deliveries and strong stock control.

• Experience leading fast-paced warehouse teams in fulfilment/logistics.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience with performance management and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage outbound warehouse operations, ensuring deliveries and stock are processed accurately and within SLA
• Coach and develop a team of warehouse operatives, forklift drivers and goods-in colleagues
• Drive a culture of high performance, accountability, safety and continuous improvement
• Maintain high standards across quality control, stock accuracy and replenishment
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and service levels
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational flow and excellent customer outcomes
