Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking Delivery Station Liaison Agents to engage directly with customers, resolve missed deliveries, and handle queries effectively.

You will respond quickly and implement solutions to keep last-mile operations running smoothly. You will be based at a last-mile delivery site, coordinating with warehouse teams, delivery partners, and customers to provide guidance and swift redelivery when needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1.
• Experience dealing with customer queries via phone and email.
• Experience in an administrative support role involving collaboration with internal or external teams.
• Experience in solving problems related to customer queries or internal process issues.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to customers.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues and collaborate with logistics partners.
• Keep records of progress with customer queries (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and protect customer data.
• Assist with internal communications and continuous improvement initiatives.
