Job summary

Amazon Delivery Service Liaison Agents are based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses in the UK, providing direct contact with customers to ensure missed deliveries are resolved and queries handled promptly. You’ll coordinate with warehouse teams and delivery partners to keep customers informed and guided throughout the process.

Daily duties include responding to inquiries by phone and email, following SOPs, and contributing to continuous improvement and engagement programmes.

Qualifications

• CEFR level B2/C1 English
• Experience handling customer queries via phone and email
• Experience in administrative support with internal/external teams

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to customers
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues, collaborating with logistics/partners
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly records of customer queries
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and protect customer data
• Assist with internal communications, including presentations and continuous improvement initiatives
