Amazon is recruiting for Delivery Service Liaison agents to ensure timely resolution of delivery issues and responsiveness to customer inquiries. You’ll be based at a last-mile warehouse, coordinating with warehouse teams and delivery partners to provide guidance and same-day redelivery when needed.

Roles involve handling calls and emails, maintaining records, presenting insights, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with customer queries via phone and email.
• Administrative support in collaboration with internal or external teams.
• Experience solving problems related to customer queries or internal process issues.
• Advanced proficiency in local language (CEFR C1).

Responsabilités

• Place outbound calls to customers.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues in coordination with Amazon logistics and delivery partners.
• Keep daily, weekly and monthly records of progress with customer queries.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and keep customer data secure.
• Assist with internal communications, including giving presentations and contributing to continuous improvement and internal engagement programmes.
