Job summary
MAG Manchester Airports Group is seeking a Landside Receptionist based at Stansted Airport. This permanent, full-time role offers a starting salary of £27,311.00, rising to £30,241.58 after a three-month trail period, with a comprehensive benefits package.
You will welcome customers, manage check-in/check-out processes, and support operational teams to deliver a first-class passenger experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in front-of-house or reception is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to use parking/check-in systems and handle inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at landside reception and meet & greet areas.
- Record vehicle and journey information accurately and monitor systems.
- Operate check-in/check-out processes using parking systems and intercoms.
- Escalate faults to ensure safe, efficient customer experience.
- Maintain keys and filing to support timely vehicle movements and capacity.
- Support teams with information and guidance to minimise customer waiting times.
- Coordinate vehicle movements with drivers and operational colleagues.
- Monitor CCTV and car park systems for congestion or safety issues.
