Qualifications
- Strong, working experience in aviation airside operations and compliance.
- Confident understanding of CAA regulations.
- Knowledge of airside driving regulations and GSE operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical abilities and proficiency with Microsoft applications.
- Residence in the UK for the last three years with a clean, valid UK licence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain oversight of airside standards and safety performance.
- Review aerodrome safety incidents and investigation reports.
- Identify safety trends and develop action plans.
- Promote a just safety culture through stakeholder engagement.
- Support initiatives to reduce operational accidents.
- Assist with audits and inspections.
