ABM is seeking a Customer Service Host at Stansted Airport to greet and check in assisted passengers, ensuring legendary service across landside, airside and pre-immigration areas.

The role includes operating the check-in desk, assigning tasks, logging passengers into the ABM Airport Inform system, and maintaining SLA standards while keeping areas clean and safe. Shifts are 4 on, 4 off, 35 hours per week.

• Ability to deal tactfully with upset or angry passengers.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the check-in desk (landside, airside or pre-immigration) and greet passengers from first contact.
• Assign tasks to team members.
• Ensure passengers are booked into the ABM Airport Inform system.
• Provide excellent customer service to assisted passengers at all points.
• Adhere to SLA times for all passengers and areas.
• Coordinate with operations co-ordinators and handling agents during delays or disruptions.
• Record reports for incidents, injuries or near-misses.
• Keep the area clean and ensure ongoing care and communication with passengers.
