Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Grounds Maintenance Operatives in Stroud, Gloucestershire, for long-term roles with a strong chance of permanent progression. An immediate start is available and the role offers a clear pathway from temporary to permanent employment.

The position requires experience in vegetation clearance, mowing, strimming, and general grounds work, with on-site safety as a priority. A full UK driving licence and CSCS card are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Groundwork Labourers will be considered if willing to undertake grounds maintenance duties.
• Valid CSCS Card preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years (essential).
• Available for immediate start.
