Job summary

Talent Solutions - Idverde RPO is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative in Taunton. You will maintain local grounds with ride-on and pedestrian mowers, perform strimming, pruning and litter picking, and handle related horticultural duties.

The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with Monday to Friday hours (07:30-16:00). A full UK driving licence is essential; PA1/PA6 licences are advantageous.

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate ride-on and pedestrian mowers.

About the role

We currently require a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Taunton. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our clients through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.
