Job summary

Gladman Developments, part of Barratt Redrow PLC, is seeking a land liaison specialist to identify and approach landowners, negotiate offers, and secure land for development. You will work with landowners, land agents and external professionals, reporting progress to the land team.

The role offers hybrid working with office days and flexible hours, a proactive, team-focused environment and a strong package including private medical cover, pension, annual health assessment, and holiday

Qualifications

• Experience in agent and landowner liaison within strategic land, construction, or planning sectors.
• Proven ability to unlock sites with development potential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategies for identifying and approaching landowners.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on specific sites to benefit Gladman.
• Initiate engagement with landowners, land agents and third parties.
• Maintain strong rapports with landowners, agents, consultants and colleagues.
• Communicate leads to the wider land team and manage related admin.
• Prepare and submit financial proposals to secure land and progress negotiations.
• Keep clear lines of communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Act with professionalism and integrity at all times.
