This is an exciting opportunity for you to be responsible for the expansion and management of our portfolio in East Sussex and Kent. You will be involved in the full asset lifecycle, from initial site identification, negotiation, and land/site acquisition, to leading a professional team through planning, obtaining consents, supporting construction, and ongoing asset management.
You will develop relationships with key third parties such as landlords, tenants, local authorities, agents, and developers. This role offers ownership of the full development and planning process from concept to completion, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
