This is an exciting opportunity for you to be responsible for the expansion and management of our portfolio in East Sussex and Kent, involving full asset lifecycle management from site identification, negotiation, acquisition, planning, construction support, to ongoing asset management. You will develop relationships with landlords, tenants, authorities, agents, and developers.
The role involves ownership of development and planning processes from concept to completion, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines. We support career progression with training and a competitive benefits package focused on well-being. You will be expected to work at our Gravesend (Northfleet) Property Office or in your designated area at least 3 days per week.
