This is an exciting opportunity for you to be responsible for the expansion and management of our portfolio in East Sussex and Kent, involving full asset lifecycle management from site identification, negotiation, acquisition, planning, construction, to ongoing asset management. You will develop relationships with landlords, tenants, authorities, agents, and developers.
You will own the development and planning process from concept to completion, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines.

What you'll do
Identify, negotiate, and acquire freehold and leasehold deals for new stores. Conduct site inspections, development appraisals, manage legal and planning due diligence, and oversee the planning application lifecycle. Lead expansion, relocation, and infrastructure projects. Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, agents, landlords, tenants, and developers. Manage real estate assets.
What you'll need
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude. Degree-level education (minimum 2:2), preferably in a relevant field. Experience in retail acquisitions, land buying, commercial property, or town planning. MRICS qualification preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
