Great British Energy - Nuclear is seeking a Land Manager to coordinate access for survey work across the Wylfa development programme. You will work with landowners, occupiers and agents to secure access safely and in line with programmes.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, records management and ability to resolve access constraints while supporting timely delivery of a major energy infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• Experience in land management, surveying or property roles with transferable skills.
• Experience engaging with landowners, occupiers, tenants or agents, including sensitive matters.
• Knowledge of land access permissions, licences, easements and wayleaves.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain land access schedules, plans and trackers with clear status and risks.
• Arrange site visits, meetings and access logistics including safety considerations.
• Monitor compliance with access agreements and licences; support negotiations for rights needed.
