WSP Land in Scotland is seeking a Senior Land Consultant to secure land access for major infrastructure projects across the UK. You will lead land referencing, engage landowners and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams from Edinburgh, Glasgow or Perth with hybrid work options.

The role focuses on managing land access, compliance with statutory processes and advising clients on risk and opportunity across energy, highways, rail, water and aviation sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Geography, Land/Estate Management, Agriculture or a relevant discipline.
• Experience delivering land referencing, land access and landowner engagement on major infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of statutory processes and risk management for land-related contracts.

Responsabilités

• Secure land, land access and arrange surveys for infrastructure projects.
• Lead audits and quality assurance of land referencing documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning and environmental teams.
• Provide senior-level advice to clients and project boards on land acquisition risks.
