Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley in North London is recruiting a permanent, full-time Labourer to join our Property department. The salary range is £29,397 - £30,944 per annum, with 40 hours per week between 8am and 6pm.

Ideal candidates will have experience in social housing or local authority environments, an NVQ2 or equivalent trade qualification, and hold a full UK manual driving licence; a company van is provided for working hours.

The role

Salary: £29,397 - £30,944

Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm.

Requirements

Experience

• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience

Driving

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
