Job summary

Niyaa People is recruiting a Labourer on a permanent contract to support a social housing contractor across Huntingdon and surrounding areas. You will carry out general repairs, internally and externally, and assist trades including joinery, tiling, painting and basic plumbing.

Location and hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30. Benefits include a £28,000 yearly salary, company van and fuel card, 35 days annual leave including bank holidays, pension with matched contributions up to 7% and a bonus

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property maintenance or general repairs
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in or around Huntingdon

• Work to specifications and health & safety requirements
• Work with supervisors and wider teams to meet deadlines
• Record work activity and complete required paperwork

• Experience working across domestic properties
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work to deadlines and follow health & safety procedures
• A full UK driving licence
• Ideally based in or around Huntingdon

The Labourer role is offering:
