Job summary

Build Recruitment are recruiting for a Skilled Labourer to join a leading social housing contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance across Havant and surrounding areas.

Role involves supporting roofing teams on repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties, with a focus on safety and compliance. Monday–Friday, temporary full-time, rate £18.70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience working within maintenance on construction sites.
• Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials safely.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Assisting with ground maintenance, painting & decorating and clean up
• Working in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures.
