Johnson Matthey, Inc. in Wayne, PA, is seeking a Laboratory Team Lead to monitor lab operations, direct the lab team, and drive LEAN initiatives on site. You will lead QC processes to meet KPIs and prepare ICP calibration standards with independent verification before routine use.

You will calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments, distinguish good data from bad data, and ensure data integrity while leveraging SAP and LIMS Labware for accurate recordkeeping.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, an Engineering discipline or a related field and 2 years of related work experience in an industrial laboratory environment.
• 2 years of experience applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) to validate lab measurements and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems and SAP.
• Knowledge of compressed gases, strong acids, and ergonomic hazards.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor lab operations and provide direction to the lab team.
• Lead and participate in LEAN deployment on site (5S, SPs, CIS, Kaizen).
• Lead and direct QC processes in accordance with KPIs.
