Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a skilled professional to lead the end-to-end management of Fixed Network Test Lab environments in a hybrid role based in Bracknell. You will drive capacity planning, design scalable lab infrastructure, and oversee installation and change activities, ensuring quality delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in telecommunications or network infrastructure.
Strong capacity management and infrastructure planning knowledge.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operational management of Fixed Network Test Lab environments.
Handle infrastructure capacity planning across multiple lab sites.
Design scalable, resilient lab infrastructure solutions including power and environmental controls.
Oversee MAC activities with minimal service disruption.
Act as escalation point for lab issues and coordinate resolutions.
