Vodafone Group Plc in the UK seeks a Contract Manager to own the in‑life management of large contracts with key suppliers and partners. You will work with Finance, Legal and Procurement to ensure compliance and optimise commercial outcomes.

You will join the UK Networks team in a hybrid role, collaborating across functions to deliver a best‑in‑class network and services. Excellent collaboration and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial contract, supplier or strategic partner management.
• Understanding of how technology, products and services deliver strategic business value.
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and provide pragmatic guidance.

Responsabilités

• Act as SME and primary contact for all contractual matters with Legal and Procurement guidance.
• Develop, implement and manage governance to monitor supplier and VodafoneThree compliance.
• Provide regular reporting on contractual compliance, performance, risks and opportunities.
• Lead contract change management and formal communications per contract requirements.
• Provide contractual guidance to Strategy and operational teams for network objectives.
• Manage contractual disputes and escalations with Legal and Procurement as needed.
• Coordinate all formal communications with suppliers and partners to protect VodafoneThree's position.
