Job summary

VodafoneThree UK is seeking a Test Lab Manager to lead Fixed Network Test Lab environments across Bracknell and Watford. You will ensure labs are scalable, resilient, and ready to support testing, integration, and validation of critical network services.

This role requires experience in telecommunications infrastructure, capacity planning, and hands-on deployment. You will collaborate with diverse teams, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telecoms, network infrastructure or lab environments.
• Strong capacity planning and infrastructure design skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of Fixed Network Lab environments across Bracknell and Watford.
• Own capacity planning including power, cooling and environmental needs.
• Design scalable, resilient lab infrastructure and configurations.
• Oversee MAC activities with minimal service disruption.
• Act as escalation point for lab issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Analyze performance trends, produce KPI reports and recommend investments.
• Collaborate with teams, customers and suppliers for testing and validation.
• Ensure safety, environmental and technical standards compliance.
