VodafoneThree in the UK is seeking a Test Engineer to ensure new and existing telecom services are delivered with confidence, quality and reliability. You will lead test planning, execution and reporting, working with design, operations and vendors to validate solutions before they reach customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical telecommunications environment.
• Strong knowledge of 4G/5G architectures, call flows, protocols and supporting systems.
• Solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• ISTQB certification or equivalent testing qualification.
• Experience using test management tools such as HP ALM and with test automation tools/simulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, execution, and reporting of testing activities across network/programmes.
• Drive successful delivery of test programmes within agreed timelines and quality targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to identify, manage, and resolve defects and risks.
• Validate telecom solutions to meet business, customer, and operational requirements.
• Apply STLC methodologies to technical projects and programmes.
• Improve test cases, documentation, and testing approaches for quality and efficiency.
