Job summary

IQVIA Laboratories seeks an Inventory Control Associate in Livingston, UK. This full-time role offers office-based and hybrid options, coordinating materials flow to and from storage and lab stock to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, logging, QC, stocking, distribution, and liaising with Purchasing/Finance on stock issues, with a focus on tidy shelves and proper rotation.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and organization skills.
• Ability to use inventory software and MS Office.
• Attention to accuracy and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of inventory, coordinating flow of materials to and from laboratory storage and working stock.
• Collect deliveries from loading bay, log, QC, receipt in, store and distribute as required.
• Liaise with internal customers, suppliers, Purchasing and Finance on stock issues.
• Maintain stock on shelves in a tidy manner with date-based rotation.
• Record stock movements and stock issues using Inventory control system.
