Job summary

IQVIA Laboratories is seeking a Project Coordinator for Project Services to join our Livingston team on a hybrid basis, with one day per week at the Livingston office. You will support the Project Manager by preparing minutes, action logs, and protocol-specific documents, while assisting with Laboratory Centralized Monitoring tasks across studies.

The role requires a life sciences degree and 1+ years in clinical/healthcare, with strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 1+ years relevant experience in clinical/healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings and prepare minutes and action logs.
• Oversee setup of protocol-specific Laboratory Centralized Monitoring requirements under supervision.
• Handle site loading, Investigator Portal access, kit shipments, and day-to-day study monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve queries and escalations.
• Lead customer communications during manager absence and support project close-out.
