You will lead process discipline,Analyze KPIs and drive improvements across shifts and departments to protect inventory integrity and ensure customer obsession. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and fluent English, with experience in auditing, risk management, and leading high-performance teams in distribution or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Master process paths and ensure discipline across shifts and departments.
• Review KPIs daily/weekly/monthly and analyze inventory integrity.
• Collaborate with managers on projects and system enhancements.
• Work with Loss Prevention to enforce policies and procedures.
• Communicate policies to Operations leaders and support hiring.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring new managers.
