Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Coordinator for Project Services in Livingston. This role supports the Project Manager by coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and logging actions while overseeing protocol-specific monitoring and site activities.

The ideal candidate combines Life Sciences knowledge with strong organizational and communication skills. You will interact with internal teams and external partners, manage site access and shipments, and help ensure on-time delivery of study milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or related field and 1+ years of relevant experience (Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and utilize resources effectively.
• Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of English.
• Proficiency with word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and establish effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with the Project Manager and stakeholders, take minutes, and maintain action logs.
• Assist in setting up protocol-specific Laboratory Centralized Monitoring requirements.
• Manage day-to-day study tasks such as site loading, Investigator Portal access, and kit shipments.
• Monitor study performance and escalate issues with timely resolution.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external teams and support customer interactions when needed.
• Oversee project close-out ensuring outputs meet standards and customer expectations.
