Job summary

Bis Henderson Recruitment is seeking a Group L&D Regulatory Manager in Kettering to own regulatory training and ensure compliance across the business. You will lead CPC, First Aid, ADR and Fork-Lift training, manage external providers and audits, and liaise with DVSA and Qualifications Scotland to keep programmes current. You will design training programmes and supervise the L&D Administration team while keeping precise records.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering regulatory training within logistics or transport.
• Strong knowledge of transport-related training and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing external training providers and regulatory audits.
• Experience designing and implementing training programmes.

Responsibilities

• Own regulatory training requirements across the business.
• Coordinate CPC, First Aid, ADR and Fork-Lift training.
• Manage external training providers and regulatory audits.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies including DVSA and Qualifications Scotland.
• Develop and write training programmes from start to finish.
• Manage the application and approval process with governing bodies.
• Ensure training records meet regulatory requirements and monitor compliance.
• Provide direct line management and day-to-day supervision of the L&D Administration team.
