Salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Travel to Artfarm locations will be required
We’re on a mission to shape a standout learning culture across Artfarm This role plays a central part in designing and delivering engaging, high-impact workshops that bring our values and priorities to life. Reporting directly to the Head of Learning & Development, you’ll play a key part in delivering our group-wide L&D initiatives. With a number of exciting projects already in motion, we’re looking for someone who can build on this momentum, think creatively, and bring energy to every learning experience. You’ll be joining a small but passionate team about creating exceptional employee experiences and doing things differently.
