Job summary

Bruntwood is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to act as the operational heartbeat of our L&D service in Manchester. You’ll manage day-to-day delivery of learning activity, policies, processes, and support across the business, coaching managers and staff on development needs and facilitating key training initiatives.

You’ll coordinate with the Digital Learning Specialist and L&D Partner, own qualifications and the intranet hub, and drive practical toolkit assets and

Qualifications

• Solid L&D experience in a commercial setting.
• Familiar with Learning Management Systems.
• Inquisitive, proactive, and active listener.
• Approachable and collaborative with managers.
• Experience with policies and professional development pathways.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming learning queries from People & Talent coordinators and liaise with managers to implement learning interventions.
• Maintain L&D policies and user guides, e.g., study leave and professional qualifications.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, book courses, manage invoices and POs, track budget.
• Advise on skills gaps using data from the learning platform and performance checks.
• Design and facilitate core skills workshops and inductions for teams and managers.
• Update and maintain L&D Hub content on the intranet and ensure resources are current.
