Bruntwood SciTech in Manchester is seeking a Learning & Development Partner (12 month FTC) to act as an internal consultant, designing and implementing high-impact learning and talent solutions. You will partner with managers and the People & Talent team to elevate capability and empower colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience as an L&D partner or manager in a commercial, fast-paced business.
• Track record designing and running impactful management development programmes.
• Proven ability to diagnose capability challenges with leaders.
• Engaging workshop facilitator with ability to train and upskill.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted skills gap analyses across key divisions to establish required capabilities.
• Design and roll out a refreshed core management development programme with tools and training.
• Evolve the competency framework and embed it across day-to-day operations and talent processes.
• Act as trusted advisor to managers and partners, translating business needs into learning solutions.
• Track impact with data analytics, evaluating improvements in performance and retention.
• Align learning activity with business needs in collaboration with the L&D team.
