Bruntwood, a commercial property specialist based in Manchester, is seeking an Learning & Development Partner to drive business performance through talent and skills development. You’ll work with managers, leaders and People & Talent teams to design and implement high-impact learning solutions that elevate organizational capability.

You’ll collaborate with a Learning & Development Advisor, People Coordinators, a Digital Learning Specialist and the Head of Leadership Development to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an L&D Partner/Manager in a commercial, fast-paced business.
• Track record designing, commissioning and running impactful management development programmes.
• Proven ability to run skills gap analyses and consult with leaders.
• Engaging workshop facilitator creating a safe, constructive learning space.
• Credible communicator who can advise managers with confidence.
• Curious about new technologies (AI, digital tools) and trends.
• Able to translate data into actionable insights and plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted skills gap analyses across divisions and deliver key skills.
• Design and roll out refreshed management development programmes with internal/external experts.
• Evolve competency frameworks and rollout training with clear assessment metrics.
• Act as trusted advisor to managers and People Partners, translating business goals into learning solutions.
• Track impact of learning programmes using data to evaluate performance improvements.
• Define the learning service focus and align activity with business needs.
• Scope complex learning challenges and ensure interventions are commercially justified.
• Lead company-wide skills transformation initiatives and sustainable learning pathways.
