Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Learning & Development professional to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will design and deliver operational and technical training for customer-facing teams, blending virtual and face-to-face sessions to drive excellent customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes coaching, needs analysis, stakeholder engagement, and developing bite-sized learning.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering operational, regulatory training in FCA-regulated environments.
• Designing and delivering both virtual and face-to-face training.
• Ability to develop new learning content from concept to delivery.

Aufgaben

• Own and deliver the Customer Outcomes Induction experience.
• Design and facilitate operational and technical training for customer-facing roles.
• Conduct learning needs analysis to identify opportunities for training.
• Provide 1:1 coaching sessions to customer-facing employees.
