Job summary

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is seeking an enthusiastic Learning & Development professional for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own and deliver the Customer Outcomes Induction, designing operational and technical training for customer-facing teams, and coaching individuals to achieve strong customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with the People and Culture L&D team to analyse learning needs, drive innovative solutions, and deliver engaging training across virtual and in-person

Qualifications

• Experience designing e-learning content and training materials.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions virtually and face-to-face.
• Ability to develop learning content from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Customer Outcomes Induction experience.
• Design and facilitate operational and technical training for customer-facing roles.
• Conduct learning needs and trends analysis to identify training opportunities.
• Lead calibrations and workshops to drive positive customer outcomes.
• Provide 1:1 coaching sessions to develop trainee outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive learning solutions.
• Develop learning aids and bite-sized sessions for customer outcomes.
• Embed training activity for operations per bespoke training schemes.
