Job summary

Forth Ports is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery and coordination of talent, succession and learning and development activities across the port network.

Working with the Talent & Development Business Partner and wider L&D team, you will maintain accurate talent and learning data, produce reports and insights, and coordinate development programmes to inform workforce planning and organisational growth.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with experience in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience administering learning or talent management systems (LMS).
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular talent, succession and learning reports, dashboards and management information.
• Analyse participation, feedback, completion and impact data to identify trends.
• Support talent reviews and succession planning with data preparation and insights.
• Coordinate PDR, talent and leadership development programmes and maintain data quality.
