At Forth Ports, we keep trade, logistics, and infrastructure moving. Every day, our teams support the flow of goods, materials, and services that businesses and communities rely on, helping to power economic growth across the UK and beyond. Our people are at the core of everything we do, and their expertise, commitment, and innovation drive our success.
With our commitment to reach carbon neutrality by 2032 and Net Zero by 2042, we're investing heavily in sustainable and digital technologies, including major growth in offshore wind and greener port operations. For you, this means joining a business that's evolving, ambitious, and making a real difference.
As Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and coordination of talent, succession and learning and development activities across Forth Ports. Working closely with the Talent & Development Business Partner and wider L&D team, you will take responsibility for maintaining accurate talent and learning data, producing reports and insights, and coordinating development programmes and initiatives. You will be confident managing multiple priorities, coordinating activities and building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. An interest in learning and development, talent management and continuous improvement is important, alongside the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
The role can be based at either our Port of Leith, Rosyth or Grangemouth locations. Those based in Leith or Rosyth will be expected to work from Grangemouth at least one day per week to maintain close links with the wider team, as well as providing flexibility to provide cover for absences at the Skills & Business Centre in Grangemouth when required.
