Forth Ports Group is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support talent, succession and learning activities across the organisation. You will maintain data accuracy, produce reports and insights, and coordinate development programmes with a focus on continuous improvement of systems and processes.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with data reporting and learning or talent management systems, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations

Qualifications

• Experience with data reporting and learning or talent management systems.
• Strong Excel and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
• Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proven stakeholder management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular talent, succession and learning reports and dashboards.
• Analyse participation, feedback and completion data to identify trends.
• Support talent review and succession planning with data preparation and insight.
• Maintain reports for workforce planning and organisational development.
• Administer the LMS (Learn and Perform) and ensure data governance.
• Coordinate development programmes and manage logistics and communication.
