Job summary

Had-Fab is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to shape how we develop our people as the business grows.

Working with the People team and senior leaders, you will identify skills gaps and design practical development programmes for shop-floor teams, managers and future talent across Scotland.

This is a hands-on role focused on onboarding, leadership development and partnerships with colleges and training providers to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, organisational development or similar.
• Strong partnering with managers and senior leaders.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or similar operational environments is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Identify skills gaps across the business and develop an L&D approach that supports our people and operational requirements.
• Develop clear training and career pathways for departments across Had-Fab.
• Create onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.
• Build management and leadership development programmes.
• Support apprenticeships, graduate development and early-career programmes.
• Develop succession plans and internal career progression opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleges, training providers and external partners.
• Support managers with individual development plans for their teams.
