KeyMed (Medical & Industrial Equipment) Ltd. is seeking a Technical Learning and Development Specialist to lead the sourcing, design, delivery and evaluation of training for the Manufacturing Business Centre on site.

The role requires collaboration with line managers, apprentices and external providers, delivering engaging sessions, maintaining records for audit, and supporting continuous improvement in learning across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice or Certificate in Training Practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with an engaging delivery style.
• Proven experience delivering training sessions, including online/virtual training.
• Desirable: experience in a manufacturing environment and training needs analysis.
• Desirable: ability to create inclusive learning environments across cultures and levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training programmes based on business needs and individuals.
• Produce materials to support courses.
• Review programmes to adapt to changes and enable flexible learning.
• Deliver engaging training using varied methods to suit different styles.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership to align training with company priorities.
• Maintain records of training, attendance and on-the-job learning for audit purposes.
• Coordinate external trainers and training providers, including bookings and logistics.
• Develop network of on-the-job trainers and support apprentices.
