Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to shape and deliver our people development strategy. Based in Birmingham with options for Leeds or London, you’ll work in a hybrid pattern three days in the office, collaborating across borders to drive talent outcomes.

You’ll design, implement and evaluate learning solutions for diverse audiences, leveraging technology and data to boost engagement and business impact. A proactive, collaborative mind-set is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a learning and development advisory role, ideally within a professional services setting.
• Experience designing, implementing and evaluating learning solutions for diverse audiences and levels of seniority.
• Experience using learning technologies, digital learning solutions and data to drive engagement and decision-making.
• Excellent programme and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how learning and development supports organisational performance.
• A proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programmes aligned to firm and talent priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement through evaluation of learning impact and industry best practice.
• Analyse learning data and trends to inform decision-making and strengthen capability across the business.
• Build strong relationships with Partners, business leaders, HR colleagues and external providers to deliver learning solutions.
• Manage external suppliers and learning partners, ensuring quality delivery and value for investment.
• Support the development and implementation of the firm's learning strategy and related initiatives.
• Maximise the use of learning technologies to improve accessibility, quality and impact across the firm.
