Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to lead and scale its Platform Security engineering function, owning how security is designed into the Kubernetes-based platform and public cloud environments.

You will define strategy and execution for cloud security posture, workload isolation, platform guardrails, image integrity, and multi-cloud security across CoreWeave's Kubernetes infrastructure and cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering leadership focused on security controls, not policy.
• Experience securing Kubernetes-based platforms and multi-cloud environments.
• Ability to define strategy and execution for CSPM, workload isolation, and image integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale CoreWeave's Platform Security engineering function.
• Own security design across Kubernetes platform and public clouds.
• Define strategy for cloud security posture, guardrails, and tenant isolation.
• Grow and mentor a team of platform security engineers and partner with other teams.
